This Privacy Policy describes how Honey Bear Kitchen LLC ("Honey Bear Kitchen," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from honeybear.kitchen or honeybearkitchen.com (the "Site"), or when you communicate with us by phone or text message.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Device Information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we also collect information about the pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as "Device Information."

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Order Information
When you make or attempt a purchase through the Site, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. Payment card details are processed by our e-commerce platform's payment processor and are not stored by us. We refer to this as "Order Information."

Communications Information
When you call or text our business phone line, we collect your phone number, the content of your messages, and records of our communications. We refer to this as "Communications Information."

"Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy means Device Information, Order Information, and Communications Information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, including processing payments, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations. We also use Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising about our products or services, subject to the SMS section below.

We use Device Information to help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and to improve and optimize the Site, for example by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site and assessing the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

We use Communications Information only to communicate with you about the business matters you contacted us about or have provided your number for.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

Our business phone line is used for one-to-one conversational messaging with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, logistics partners, and other business contacts. We text only people who have provided their mobile number to us for this purpose or who have texted us first. We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at honeybearkitchen@gmail.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing with advertising, analytics, or marketing partners, and are not used for targeted advertising.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share Personal Information with service providers that help us operate our business, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store; you can read how Shopify uses Personal Information at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. We use Google Analytics to understand how customers use the Site; you can read how Google uses Personal Information at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We use a phone service provider to deliver our calls and text messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

As described above, we use Device Information and Order Information (excluding mobile phone numbers and SMS consent) to provide targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may interest you. You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to request that it be corrected, updated, or deleted.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. We process your information to fulfill contracts we may have with you (for example, an order through the Site) or to pursue the legitimate business interests listed above. Your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. We keep Communications Information as part of our ordinary business records.

CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
