Do all items qualify for free shipping?

Yes, All Items qualify for Free standard shipping. Purchases $75 or over qualify for Free Expedited Shipping (2-3 day)

Are my silicone tools dishwasher safe?

Yes, Top rack recommended.

Are my stainless steel cooking utensils dishwasher safe?

Yes

Can I bake with the silicone bowls?

No, silicone bowls are meant for snacks not for baking.

The are resistant to heat up to 450 degrees which means they can come in contact with hot surfaces for short periods of time.

Are your products BPA free?

Yes, all products are BPA Free and SGS certified

What type of solder do you use?

We use lead free silver based solder

How do I care for my mug?

Our Mug is dishwasher safe, however we prefer to hand wash our mugs with a sponge or bottle brush

Why do you recommend many of your products be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher?

Many dishwashers have different heat/sanitizing cycles.

Our items don't need much heat to clean, so we recommend top rack.
